Physical/Computational Chemistry
The UNIST Physical and Computational Chemistry Division investigates chemical phenomena in a wide range of systems, from small molecules to bulk material. We probe and understand chemical systems by pioneering and using new spectroscopic and imaging techniques. We use and also invent new ab initio and computational tools to model molecular and bulk matter. With experiment and theory, we test and refine our understanding of molecular structure, functional properties, and bond-making/breaking processes.
